​I must be mad but I'm taking part in the Great North Run again this year (half marathon). Those of you who know me will remember I'm a 10km girl so I'm definitely going the extra mile or two here! This time I am running to raise funds for the Stroke Association - as all of you know this is close to my heart after a stroke left Mum dysphasic (severe communication issues).
