Tina Warren gained an HND with Distinction in Calligraphy, Illumination and Heraldic Art from Reigate School of Art in 1997. She went on to set up her studio in East Sussex where she works as a freelance artist.

She holds calligraphy and illumination workshops and delivers individual and group class tuition (see "Events").
Tina is passionate about all forms of lettering, on any media, from the classic to the contemporary. Her specialty is working on manuscript calfskin vellum from William Cowley. She also uses the finest handmade papers (she is an ambassador for St Cuthbert's Mill) with ground Chinese stick inks, designer gouache and gilding with gold (raised, flat and shell).
